Christine is the managing partner of Aurilex.
Christine is a French lawyer registered at the Paris Bar. She is also qualified in China as a lawyer. In addition, Christine holds a PhD degree in law of the University of Munich, Germany. Her extensive knowledge and experience in French, German and EU law is of irreplaceable value to the success of her clients' projects.
Christine has many years of working experience in leading international law firms in Germany and France. She regularly represents her clients in procedures before the EUIPO and the French IP office and in litigation before French courts and the UPC. She is a highly recommended IP litigator. In addition, Christine advises on technology transfer and licensing in mergers and acquisitions.
Christine is also the external DPO of many companies and manages the personal protection issues for her clients. She has set up personal data protection compliance systems for several websites, app apps and companies.
Christine is the author of many academic works on intellectual property, for example " Das Verhältnis zwischen Marken- und Lauterkeitsrecht beim Schutz von Unternehmenskennzeichen " (in German, The Relationship between Trade Mark Law and Unfair Competition Law in the Protection of Company Marks ), published by Nomos, 2021.

Mathilde is an attorney-at-law admitted at Paris Bar. She specializes in intellectual property and commercial law, advising and representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
She assists French and international clients in the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including trademarks, designs, patents, and copyrights. Her practice includes handling opposition and invalidity proceedings before the EUIPO and INPI, as well as managing disputes involving counterfeiting and unfair competition.
Prior to joining Aurilex, Mathilde worked in several Paris-based law firms, where she built strong expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements—such as licensing, franchising, distribution, partnership, SaaS contracts, terms and conditions, and IP assignments. She also developed in-depth experience in IP strategy, protection, and litigation.
